What time should I arrive?

Please arrive before 3pm

 

How will I know where to go after I land?

Club Mobay will hold up a sign with your name and escort you once you arrive to customs.

 

Will I have my own room?

Yes, you will have your own room and bathroom.

 

What additional costs should I plan for?

Lunch and snacks, money for souvenirs,

cash tips for any locals who may assist you at the property or at excursions we visit.

 

Where should I exchange money?

We will stop at a local currency exchange.

 

Will there be security on property?

The villa is gated, with security cameras.

The property also passes Jamaica tourist security requirement.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. However, due to the nature of planning and securing accommodations, services, and experiences for this retreat, all payments become non-refundable after September 16, 2025.
