Using safe, rhythmic techniques tailored to each trimester, this session relieves pressure in the lower back, hips, and feet while encouraging deep relaxation. Energetically, it offers a soft “nesting” for both mother and baby — restoring calm to the nervous system and melting away tired muscles.
Cancellation Policy
A $50 deposit is required to book. 24-hour notice is needed to cancel or reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable without proper notice. Remaining balance is due day of service (Cash, CashApp, or pay in full onsite).
